I'm only maybe 5 weeks in right now, using mostly lvl 20 Dalinsia Snow hunters farmed from the headhunter event, with perks rerolled for about 6k hp roughly, and some cases using war party with 1 Dalinsia, and 1 Oyvind Tall Tree for erasing corruption.
